Innovative Creative Circle (ICC) by AMPP team
For an old timer TM's personnel ICC program was a very familiar event among them. By that time the program known as QCC and PST. Our management brings back this valuable event to appreciate ideas, creativities and problem solving technique from all units of staff.
AMPP also formed a team to compete in this event. Named as our unit AMPP team was created on last April. With a strength of ten members we have started to meet and planned of our journey in this project.

To bring the spirit of teamwork we firstly designed ourself a brand new logo for AMPP. This logo was used for ICC presentation and will remain as our unit's official logo.

THE Q-SIGN: DESCRIBES THE QUALITY PRACTICES IN OUR DAILY WORK ACTIVITIES. IT ALSO REPRESENT "ISO" PROCESS AS A GUIDE TOWARDS QUALITY SERVICES.
THE WORDS "ACCESS MAINTENANCE PULAU PINANG" COVERING THE Q-SIGN: REPRESENTS OUR STRONG UNIT THAT PERFORMS AS OUR SHIELD.
THE FLYING BIRD: MEANT THAT WE ARE FREE TO VOICE OUT OPINIONS OR SUGGESTIONS IN ORDER TO ACHIEVE BEYOND THE TARGET GIVEN. WE ARE ALSO ABLE TO MOVE WITHOUT INSTRUCTIONS FROM OUR SUPERIOR.
THE BLUE COLOUR: DESCRIBES COOPERATION AMONGST OUR TEAM MEMBERS AND OTHER UNITS IN TM.
THE RED COLOUR: DECLARES OUR BRAVE MINDSET TO TAKE ANY
CHALLENGES AND WILLING TO CHANGE FOR THE BETTERMENT.
